Pacman Jones: What Exactly Has He Done?

Mitchell Blatt

“Enough to be Reinstated.”

Pacman Jones wants you to know that he is now a model citizen. So much so that he wants to be reinstated by the NFL early. He is going to meet with Commissioner Goodell later this month to try to get reinstated after 10 games on November 19.

Why should he be reinstated early? Well, because he’s done enough:

“I think I did enough. I did pretty much everything Mr. Goodell asked me to do. So, all I can do is just wait and go back to speak with him.”

Dixie Carter, president of Total Nonstop Action wrestling, says that Jones has been a “model team player” of the TNA team. He had this to say about rehabbing Jones’ image:

“What we talked about is let’s create some better headlines. Let’s get out there and do some things during this time off that are positive and start to build back people’s trust and respect.”

Yes, and joining TNA was a great starting point to build people’s respect…

My opinion: reinstate Pacman Jones when Tommy Urbanski is able to walk again.
Urbanski was the security guard paralyzed by a shot in the gunfight Pacman Jones incited in Las Vegas.
